We are committed in providing quality care which:

  • Is based on our knowledge & experience
  • Is a care service tailored for each individual
  • Is delivered in the comfort of the clients own home or whilst accessing the community
  • Makes a positive impact on the life of each individual we support.

To provide personal, social and domestic care which enables service users who experience frailty, disability or illness to remain independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes, as well as to enable them to have a full and interesting life.

We believe that staying in your own home, with your own possessions and familiar face visiting is the best environment for you to receive care and support.

The Registered Manager, Deputy Care Manager or Senior Carer assess your needs in a full consultation with yourself, your advocate or any other relevant services, to ensure that the service is fully integrated with the wider network of support available.

We aim to comply with the Health & Care Act 2022, the CQC (Registration) Regulations 2009 and the Care Act 2014.

We offer a 365 day a year service that can be contacted and relied on in the event of an emergency, thus providing a flexible service, which as far as possible prevents the need for residential care.

To achieve this, we recruit and train the highest quality Care Workers to assist you with tasks that you have difficulty with, or carry them out for you if you are unable to do so yourself.

It is our main aim for you to stay happy with the services you receive and to encourage you to develop close relationships with our staff as they become a key part in the delivery of the care you need and to endeavour to meet all racial, religious and cultural needs of the clients, so operating a non-discriminatory practice in all aspects of the service provision.

To facilitate the discharge of patients from hospital at the earliest possible time following periods of acute medical care.
